Buongiorno from Italy!!

hello one and all,
sorry have been away for ages again, sooo much has been going on and no time to sit and write it down! But its been great, if not a whirl wind time, with the last of summer festivals, one last week at work in August then mum and dad arrived! Spent a week showing them London, like the local I now am, then we went up North to Yorkshire, few days there before we split. I went to the Camp for Climate Action for a week - inspiring, fun, full on, tiring, secret squirrelling and more, bit of a blur now anyways!
Then it was a re-group with Maddie along too for the tour of the South, covered heaps in a short 10 days, somerset, devon, cornwall and dorset, what an adventure and some stories I could tell, except no time right now!!
Mum, Dad and I then caught a stupid o-clock flight (yesss, slightly hypocritical after climate camp...) out to Italy, where its been one heck of a week!! To Ravenna and rain for the first 2 days, but amazing mosics and old stuff, and a bike ride out to Commonwealth War Cemmetary to see resting place of Great Uncle Allan Dann.. very special.
To Florence, full on city but fab views from top of Duomo and the sun came out! Then Riomaggiore in Cinque Terre, paradise on earth!! Amazing apartment overlooking harbour and sea, little town pearched on hill side and soooo beautifull!! Walked the coastal track between the towns, lots of swimming, food and wine! Then, all too soon it was time to say goodbye to Mum and Dad in Rome.. just saw them off this morning, very hard to do it all again, especially as now I am going solo! have a few options and a week to fully check out Rome, so thats whats next.. have heaps of photos but cant do it at internet cafes, might have to wait.
Hope every one of you are well and happy, enjoying glimpses of warmer weather and are a box of fluffy ducks all round.. will try and keep in touch with latest adventures
LOVE xxx
